April 19, 2009--JESUS CHOOSES TO USE US

Based on Acts 9:1-19, the message points out how Jesus chooses Paul (Saul) and Ananias. The choice of Paul , the chief of sinners (1 Timothy 1:15-16) means that there is hope for the "Sauls" in our lives today.
The choice of Ananias lets us know that Jesus can use ordinary followers like us for his purposes!

April 05, 2009--INTRODUCING JESUS

The reading from Acts 8:26-40, a detailed narrative of the encounter between Philip the Evangelist and the Ethiopian Finance Minister is the text for today's message. We focus on tow themes:
#1. The Father's all-out effort to ensure that every person meets Jesus Christ as the Suffering Servant who laid down his life for us on the cross...and
#2. Jesus' desire that we spread this good news to every person he puts in our path.
