When the apostle Paul enters the Jerusalem Temple, he is immediately met with opposition, arrested and thrown into prison. The message focuses on how incidents such as this remind us once again that followers of Jesus must expect suffering and not be surprised by it.
Be blessed by the rest of the service which includes a celebration of the Lord's Supper.

March 13, 2011--CONCESSIONS...FOR CHRIST'S SAKE

In today's reading from Acts 21:15-26, the apostle Paul goes out of his way to prove that he still adheres to Jewish law, so that he can continue to reach his people with the good news of Jesus. This message provides illustrations (both historical and contemporary) of how followers of Jesus conntinue to make concessions for Christ's sake.
Be blessed by the testimonies, praise and prayers from the rest of the service as well.
